Back to Monday.
Thursday, work, arrived home and it was wet (ish) so no training. Friday work but no track, instead went out and did a hard ride around Gambolds.
Saturday, felt a spot knackered, did an easy hour and then we went to buy a new fridge. Spent the rest of the afternoon watching the final TT of the Tour.
Sunday off to Naseby along M6 and A14, Rode race, finished in the middle, a sprint after an uphill, legs felt pretty shot. Home after seeing Dad then food, then to the Old Mill, listened to a goodish band and had a few pints of ice-cold Guiness.
Monday work and what crap.
