I'm the thin one, at the end. Not the Lance Corporal. He was a good guy, served in Northern Ireland, and could take anything thrown at him. He taught me that 'you never know, I joined the RE to learn how to be a civil engineer, yet found myself being shot at in Londonderry,'.
I was a Sapper, in the Royal Monmouthshire Royal Engineers Territorial Regiment.


My Regiment;
That SLR done well by me, it had a plastic stock, everybody else had an SLR with a wood stock.
Just nice to be different !
