Ray Mears - Ray Mears' Wild Food

Ray takes to the wild with a bearded friend in the program I watched last Wednesday evening, he found lots of berries to eat, and enthused about our Mesolithic ancestors -
Food wasn't just about survival, it was about food, variety and health !

And about a river, he said;
When I look in a river and see salmon,
I'm not seeing mere fish, I'm seeing ambassadors of the wild.

I like Ray Mears, but he talks bollocks sometimes, (and probable eats bollocks, he eats everything else).
